Hello!
I’ve been helping people navigate life’s challenges for nearly two decades. Before becoming a therapist I was a birth doula assisting hundreds of families across the threshold of possibility and into the unknown.
My call to support others through struggle can be traced back to some of my own adverse life experiences, many of which uniquely equipped me to hold my clients through life’s confusion and pain. I hold gifts in deep listening, attuned and attentive presence, and an unwavering capacity to hold steady amidst overwhelming emotion.
Through all of my experience and training, some of the greatest preparation in guiding others through anxiety and self-doubt have been my journeys as a queer person and mother. Through these identities I developed the capacity to sit with discomfort, face the unknown, and surrender to claim my wholeness. I’ve dedicated years to the intentional study of how to help others embrace their wholeness, and I am here to help you, too.
